为研究旋流器预混级结构对燃烧室性能的影响规律,以环管型模型燃烧室为研究对象,采用数值仿真的方法,分析了第二级预混级叶片安装角对燃烧室冷态流场流动及掺混特性和燃烧特性的影响,结果表明:第二级叶片安装角对回流区尺寸、燃料/空气掺混特性和燃烧特性有明显影响,随着第二级叶片安装角的增加,旋流强度增加,回流区径向宽度增加,总压损失增加,旋流器出口和火焰筒内燃料分布更均匀,燃烧场温度降低、NOx生成量降低、CO生成量极低且对第二级叶片安装角变化不敏感。

To investigate the influence of the premixer stage structure of the swirler on the performance of the combustor, a numerical simulation method was applied to analyze the effects of the blade installation angle of the second premixer stage on the cold flow field, mixing characteristics, and combustion performance of an annular tube-type model combustor. The results showed that second-stage blade installation angle has a significant influence on the size of the recirculation zone, the fuel/air mixing characteristics, and the combustion performance. As the second-stage blade installation angle increases, the swirling intensity increases, the radial width of the recirculation zone widens, and the total pressure loss increases. The fuel distribution at the swirler outlet and in the combustor becomes more uniform, resulting in a lower combustion temperature, lower NOx production, and extremely low CO production that is insensitive to changes in the second-stage blade installation angle.
