为研究串列叶片前后排的周向位置对离心压气机性能的影响规律,采用数值模拟的方法对涡喷发动机离心压气机进行串列设计,在周向位置RCP为0.2、0.4、0.6和0.8时,对离心压气机级性能分析。研究结果显示,在设计流量下,串列式轴向扩压器后排叶片的周向位置为0.8时,其效率和总压比均较其他周向位置的串列式扩压器更高,分别达到了82.4%和4.185。相较于原模型离心压气机,该优化方案使得效率提高了约6.3%,总压比提高了0.125,较好地改善后排叶片的流动状态,减小流动分离,提高扩压能力。

To investigate the influence of the circumferential position of the front and rear blades in a cascade on the performance of a centrifugal compressor, numerical simulation methods are used to retrofit a micro-turbojet engine"s centrifugal compressor in a series. The performance of the compressor stage is analyzed at circumferential positions of 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, and 0.8 relative to the rotor chord position (RCP). The research results show that under the design flow rate, when the circumferential position of the rear blades of the tandem axial diffuser is 0.8, its efficiency and total pressure ratio are higher than those of tandem diffusers at other circumferential positions, reaching 82.17% and 4.185 respectively. Compared with the original model centrifugal compressor, this optimization scheme increases the efficiency by about 6.3% and the total pressure ratio by 0.125. It better improves the flow state of the rear blades, reduces flow separation, and improves the pressure expansion capability.
