采用Fluent软件对直管与弯管模型进行流固耦合与经验公式导热计算对比分析,得到两者温度分布差异;利用Abaqus软件对某空气透平机组高压阀阀壳进行有限元计算,得到阀壳在环境冷态启动阶段温度与Mises应力分布规律;利用Neuber理论修正线弹性模型,从而对阀壳进行疲劳寿命估计。结果表明:直管模型经验公式计算得到的温度相对误差为0.134%,弯管模型的相对误差为0.200%;阀壳中某些位置在环境冷态启动中由于温差产生很大的局部应力;阀壳一次环境冷态启动的寿命损耗率为0.02114%。

The fluid-structure interaction and empirical formula were compared and analyzed by using Fluent software for both the straight pipe model and the elbow pipe model, resulting in a comparison of temperature distribution; Abaqus software was utilized to calculate finite element analysis for the high pressure valve casing of a specific air turbine, yielding the Mises stress distribution during cold startup. The linear elastic model was adjusted according to Neuber theory to estimate the fatigue life of the valve casing. The results indicate that there is a relative error of 0.134% in temperature calculation for the straight pipe model and 0.200% for the elbow pipe model when using empirical formulas. Localized areas within the valve casing experience significant stress due to temperature differentials during cold startup, leading to a 0.02144% reduction in its operational lifespan under such conditions.
